Hi!

I am a new real estate investor in Tacoma, WA.  I just finished my first real estate deal--listened to the podcasts while I was rehabbing the property, and now have it rented with a good cash-flow.  I am looking for a good accountant who is an investor his/herself and knowledgeable about all things real estate.  Any suggestions?
