Hello,

My name is Dan Waldo.  I have bought/sold primary residence a few times.  I am interested in buy and hold rental real estate for cash-flow in the greater Washington DC/Baltimore Area.  I am in the construction management industry and think my skill set would translate well.  My wife and I would like to buy our first rental property within the next 12 months.   Heard about Bigger Pockets from the podcast.
