Recently bought our 2nd investment property in Laurel, MD.  We finalized the lease this morning.  Excited for the next opportunity.  Looking for simple online payment software.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Just signed up for Rentigo.  

@Kristen Woollery - I am also looking for wholesalers in the Laurel, Beltsville or Silver Spring area too.  Did you have any luck?  I recently bought a rental condo in laurel and am looking for another one in that area.

Recently looked at a few condos located in The Vistas in Laurel MD. I am wondering if anyone else has any experience investing at The Vistas. If so, just looking for any lessons learned or feedback you may have. Thanks.

Thanks Russell. Bought it for 110k. Monthly payment is $770 which includes a $200 condo fee. Rented for $1,375.

Recently purchased my first buy and hold investment property in Laurel MD. Found a great tenant that moved in on 5/20.  Looking for the next one now. BP was a big piece of me taking action this year!

My name is Dan Waldo.  I have bought/sold primary residence a few times.  I am interested in buy and hold rental real estate for cash-flow in the greater Washington DC/Baltimore Area.  I am in the construction management industry and think my skill set would translate well.  My wife and I would like to buy our first rental property within the next 12 months.   Heard about Bigger Pockets from the podcast.
