Newbie in NE Ohio
hello all, im new to the site and to real estate investing. Im a stay at home father looking to secure my wife's and I retirement also to make some cash along the way. I have worked in the construction field and always wanted to try my hand at real estate. Now that my children are older i figured now is the perfect time to find out. I am looking at mobile home, lease to own, appartments and maybe commercial at some point. Right now im looking for a mentor, someone to take me under their wing and show me the ropes or a few good pointers. I look forward to learning from you all.
