Hello everyone,

  My name is Josh Harezlak. I'm a 38 yr. old Father and Husband in the process of educating myself in the area of Buy & Hold Rentals with no money down. I'm looking into the no money options as I am trying to clean up the mess I made of my life and finances when I was a young man.  My background is in Construction, Computers, CNC Mills and Automotive Repair.
