Canadian Newbie (BC)
Hello,
My name is Craig and I am a 30 year old home owner looking to learn about purchasing rental properties in my local area (Kamloops, BC). I have worked many years in construction and currently have a couple renovations on the go at my current residence. My last house was purchased and renovated for resale purposes which gave me a larger down payment on my next property. I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things.
