Investor from Los Angeles new to Bigger Pockets

Greetings!

My name is Tom.  I normally invest in land, single family, and multi family assets.  Been doing it for a while and just recently decided to reach out to the Bigger Pockets community.  Many of you are informed people and I look forward to learning and sharing my experience with everyone.  I invest in the 1 to 10 million dollar range and I consider myself to be a savvy investor.
