I am a Newbie
Hello All,
I am new to BiggerPockets I was referred by a guy I met on a online dating site, lol. I have always wanted to buy a property once the time was right and start investing once the market was better. I think that time is now! I am a single parent about to start school (again) finishing off my BS degree, but I am also needing to move from MD to VA (both very expensive states to rent from) I recently checked my credit score and have done very well getting my credit straight. I am going to be talking to a Lender on Monday I feel very confident going to speak with a Lender on Monday, thanks so much to the Podcast I have been listening to every morning from BiggerPockets!!! Keep up the great work guys!! I will be studying the forum discussions to gain more knowledge into real estate investing.
