I have been lurking for awhile and finally decided to complete my profile.  I work full time in healthcare and have quite a bit of experience in business.  However, my real estate education has been lacking until I found bigger pockets.  My job provides cash flow but does not provide a vehicle for long term wealth building.  My experience in real estate has been a bit different than most.  My initial investments have been as follows:

1. 2 commercial buildings - NNN leases. My office occupies 1/2 of one of these buildings

2. 3 commercial condos - also NNN leases. I love these.

3.  Partner in a syndicated land deal on a major interstate.  Currently waiting on the right buyer.

4.  Crowdfunding - I haven't been at it long enough to know how that will turn out.

5.  Myself and a partner bought 3 lots and are currently putting modular duplexes on them which we plan to rent long term.  I'll keep the forum updated on the progress of those.

I am always interested in learning more and love the helpful nature of the bigger pockets faithful. Particularly, I am interested in note investing, mobile home parks, and multifamily. SFR is too difficult to cash flow in my area.

Lastly, I would be very interested in attending any meet ups in the nearby area if someone can point me in the right direction.  Thanks in advance.
