New South Florida - Miami Member
Hi All,
Just wanted to say hi to everyone here on BP. I've been a member for a while but just started becoming active here. I am very impressed with the amount of resources available here as well as the amazing collaborative spirit that exists with all its members.
Just a little about myself, I am based out of South Florida (Miami to be exact). Have over 20 years of Software Engineering / HIT Consulting experience. I also happen to be a South Florida Realtor (I've had my license since 2005). I've mostly helped friends / family and did a little of my own investing / property management.
I am hoping to meet up with other investors in South Florida that may be interested in working on some deals together. If anyone needs Realtor assistance feel free to contact me. Cheers!

Start here. You'll get a wealth of REI knowledge and learn how to take full advantage of Bigger Pockets (including how to connect with other South Florida investors).
Listen to the podcasts , get active on the forums & set up key word alerts to be notified when people are discussing topics you're interested in.
