Hi All,

I'd like introduce myself to the Bigger Pockets community!  My name is Victor and, aside from having bought and sold my first house, am very much new to real estate.  I have a 9-5 job and would like to start doing some flips on the side.

I'll be attending the San Antonio RENC meeting this upcoming Tuesday, June 23rd and hope to meet some of you there!
