Hi im taking a online real estate course.My question is for other real estate agents, do i need to know and remember everything thats in the course to becone a good agent, i feel as long as i have sales skill,ill be good selling a house and showing it to potential buyers and negotiating. Ijust feel some of the material isnt helpful

you need the license to be legal... YOu need sales skills to be successful.. one of the most misunderstood or looked over requirements to making big money as an agent..
