For a new agent , do you suppose to choose specific cities and towns to focus on and master or should they do business all over ? I want to focus on buckhead for the high commissions and midtown because i know alot of people traffic in and out the city so alot of potential Landlord/lease clients there..... But im not sure if i should just focus just those two... Please send your to sense .

i recently pass my state exam for georgia and im a licensee now ..  Im trying to figure out what brokage would be right for me  and how should i go about growing in this business ??

1.  I want to be a a listing agent because my strong point is online advertising and marketing, and i dont have to ride buyers around , i just need to show up and show the house... (its probably more to it , but im just saying the basics)

2. Also i want to be a leasing agent,  because its easy to find tenats for home owners , and i dont have to split commission with my broker .

i just got my real estate license for georgia state , and i want to work as a agent and do investing , but im not sure what broker would be good for me , or if every broker is the same.  What would you do if you were in my shoes.

**i want to work with sellers and list their houses, because im good with marketing and advertising online and in person , and also i want to be a leasing agen, because  i feel alot lore of people are renting now a days , then buying

**** As far as investing , i want to do wholesaling as of now to build income , but in the long run i want plenty of rental properties..
