I'm a residential investor and property manager in Columbus, Ohio. I have about 30 of my own units and my wife and I are always shopping for new local properties. I've been into real estate investment since I was a teenager and helped my dad on his properties -- I guess it has always been in our blood! I joined to share information about the local market and general things I've learned about residential investing and property management. Excited to join the BP discussion.
