Hello all, 

Myself and my wife just moved to the Dallas area and are very new to this industry.  We have been trying very hard to learn and the wife is currently taking her classes to become an agent.

We are cash buyers and just looking to learn from other investors in the Dallas area and also from anyone, anywhere thats willing to give us advise...
