Hello to y'all,
I want to introduce myself. I am beginner at this. Slightly skeptical, but I am sure that I am not the only one. Willing to take the risk to reap the reward but like to go into things with a good education as to what I am getting myself into. I was intrigued by all of this because I need to raise 10k before December 1st as I am going to Africa to help serve an orphanage in Kenya. I am eager but began asking myself where the funds were going to come from. I have a love for real estate and the potential opportunities that come from it. I would like to link up with a few of you that would help me understand the contract side of wholesale flips. I understand the theory and principle but legally and contractually I cannot find the keys that I need. I am able to see many potential sellers and the ability to make quick cash. I know how to sell...but I do not know how to write things into place. In addition, any potential buyers on here in the state of Utah? Let's chat if you or I can help one another.
