Cincinnati Wholesaler
Greetings everyone,
I am a wholesaler in Cincinnati Ohio. We do deals in Hamilton and Butler Counties, and sometimes in northern KY. I am interested in establishing relationships with other wholesalers and investors there for the purpose of co wholesaling deals. I have a large buyers list and also have new, off market properties coming on line all the time. I've been in the market there for three years. We are very active, with a deal closing this week and several offers in negotiation.
