Investment Realtor in Alaska
Hi All,
My name is Jonathon Rodriguez and I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Alaska Group. I have been a real estate investor since 2008 when I first purchased a 4 plex in Anchorage. Two years later in 2010 I became a Realtor with the intent to help other investors like myself achieve financial freedom through real estate investing. My goal and mission is to help new and seasoned investors reach their real estate investing goals and provide them with the tools, resources and network necessary to be successful investing in real estate.
I specialize in assisting investors acquire or liquidate single unit dwellings on up to 100+ unit properties. With a fast moving market, most of the best investments sell before they come to the public market or right when they hit the MLS. My clients have the best opportunity to purchase those properties as I usually know about them prior to them coming to the publics eye.
As a real estate investor, I hope to grow my knowledge off of other real estate investors and provide you with all the knowledge and lessons I have learned over the years.
