Stephen, a rookie passive income investor from Edison, NJ
I have worked in NYC for 30+ years, (still do), and lived in NJ for the same and then I joined a direct sales company and read Rich Dad Poor Dad, and now I am looking at Real Estate to diversify and create some passive income for the next 30 years! Am inclined to buy, hold and rent, with maybe a little rehab but at this point I don't have a lot of connections with skills. Current plan has me saving for a 1Q 2016 purchase.

I too attend the meetups hat @Darren Sager plans and they are very helpful. Darren is also active in NJ and is a realtor there so it would be good to connect with him. I have dealt with him personally and have only good things to say.
@Joe Fairless did not mention it but he has a good podcast that somehow comes out with new episodes at multiple times during the week.
by the way Joe, you need to come back and attend and when I noticed your new signature says $21MM and not $7MM that is quite a jump congrats.
