New investor in Arizona
Hello BP!!!
My name is Daniel Bartalits and I want to meet you.
I bought my first deal in 2011 completely rehabbed the home then performed a 1031 exchange and bought three more SFH that I am currently renting out. Right now I am a VW mechanic but my goal is to be a full time investor by 2017. I am looking to meet people that share the same passion for real estate that I do and that I could learn from while hopefully help them out as well. I am currently rehabbing my personal residence so that I can refinance and pull money out to starting investing in flips. I plan on taking the profits from that and investing in multi family. What drives me is my goal of being in a position one day to where I can give back to my community and help others reach there potential.
