I'm a newbie

Hello my name is Desiree from Florida. I currently work as a nursing assistant and I would like to learn everything about real estate.  My short term goal is to become a landlord on my first property buy buying and flipping with no money or credit. Long term goal is to own at least 5 before I'm 40 which is a long time from now lol. I heard of bigger pockets by by watching the latest podcast on YouTube.

Good for you for having short and long term goals.  Since you're interested in investing with low/no money, I would definitely recommend @Brandon Turner's book:

Beyond that, here are a few tips to help you get the most out of BP:

Start here. You'll get a wealth of REI knowledge and learn how to take full advantage of Bigger Pockets (including how to connect with other Florida investors).

Listen to the podcasts , get active on the forums & set up key word alerts to be notified when people are discussing topics you're interested in. 

You should definitely connect with @Jeff Riber, he's an investor/agent up in your area and who knows, he may help you find your first investment.
