Hi there, 

I'm a new investor from Southeast Michigan. I bought my first rental property a few months ago from a sheriff's sale. I attended my first County Treasury Auction last week but was not a winning bidder. I'm interested in other rental properties and would also like to learn how to purchase TLC's and tax deeds.

If there's any investors in my area that would like to help, please let me know.
