I have been dabbling in investment/rental properties over the last few years and recently purchased a vacation rental with a partner.  It has done great so far and it has really sparked a fire to do more.  I figured a group like this would provide great resources and connections.

Hey Aaron, welcome to BP! I'm interested in your vacation rental, did you do it here in town and rent it out through AirBnB or VRBO? Or did you purchase it in a more traditional vacation spot? I know of a few guys here that have had success renting housing downtown as vacation rentals, it intrigues me as well.
