I wanted to throw an intro out there- I actually became a member of BP about 3 years ago... but it wasn't until this week that I decided to see what value I could bring to the community by becoming more active on the site.

My company takes a unique approach to real estate crowdfunding. After selling hundreds of investment properties to investors all over the world, we decided to adopt a new approach, wherein we simply sell ownership in properties we own- instead of selling the properties outright. This allows investors to become our partner, and it also eliminates the middleman- giving MORE people access to real estate investments as we reduce barriers to entry. Invest in a portfolio of rental properties with as little as $5,000.
