New Realtor/investor in SE Wisconsin
Hello everyone,
I have been reading for a long time before posting so here is my introduction..
I am a chef that has been working crazy hours generally 80-100 per week and being paid for 40. My lowest weeks were generally 60 hours weeks with no control over my bonus structure.
I bought my first duplex this year and it has really getting me off my complacency of collecting a paycheck and into real estate. I am now a licensed realtor looking to invest in more properties and connect with other investors to help them in any way possible.
All the information on this site has been invaluable and I look forward to contributing often. I cannot wait to be a part of this community.
