Newbie in Baltimore moving to Philly
Hey BP colleagues. My name is Gabriell. I'm new to real estate investing. Recently, I've been immersing myself in the BP podcasts, blogs and webinars. I'm currently researching markets and developing my plan. My next move is to obtain my real estate license. I am interested in flipping and investing in multifamily units.
I am looking to network with like-minded individuals and possibly partner on some deals in the future.
