Stay away from main streets/roads. Most of rental clients #1 request are they don't want to be on a main st. With good property management you can make good money here.

Greetings Jeff, If you have good property management there are plenty opportunities in Baltimore city. It may be hard being though your all the way in Cali managing the contractors.

@Shadonna Logan There is a company Chram City staging I know of. I dont know the pricing but the work looks good.
