Hello Friends!

Thank you all for allowing me to join this great community of like-minded entrepreneurs. I'm a newbie who recently invested to and joined a 3-day seminar here in the Bay Area and now ready to take action and make money from my 1st wholesaling deal, and prove that this really works. I'm challenging myself to get my 1st WS deal within 30 days or by 10/17/2015. Any help from the community would be highly appreciated. I plan to do wholesaling on my 1st year and expand to other locations and avenues as I progress. I heard Biggerpockets from one of the seminar participants and found it a great resource for the industry. I have lots to learn but I'm ready to take on this journey and experience the thrills of the ride. I'm little bit scared but excited as well because I know you were once like me who took that scary and challenging first step but did it anyway and found joy along the way. 

Again thank you and appreciate any help to make my 1st WS deal a reality by 10/17/15.
