What would you do with 50000 inheritance?

Starting off I don't think many people would take me seriously or listen to what I have to say. I am a senior in high school and I have been researching for over a year the best way to make money. I love hard work and doing things with my vision in mind. I finally came to the conclusion that investing in real estate is the best way for me to make my future income.

I was left 50000 from my grandmother after she passed away. I wouldn't want to let her down or myself down. In my opinion I need to put that money down on a cheaper house and then take the rest and invest in a duplex so I could pay off my loan that I would have to get with the money that I would make.

What would you do if you were given 50000 dollars right now? If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it very much. Thank you for reading.
