My name is Jason Lint. I live in the Des Moines area and have recently started a buy and hold portfolio.
I have been listening to the Bigger Pocket pod cast for some time and finally decided that I needed to join.
I have used the rental property calculator on the last few properties that I have looked at and have found it very useful. I can see that there is a ton of value it this community and can't wait to share in the experience here at BP.

Nice to meet you Jason. I'm from Dubuque, however I have family who live in Des Moines. There seems to a be a huge market for rentals there. Good to see some other Iowans on here!
