Hello fellow REI's,

My name is Ricardo "Rick" Perez and I am new to the REI world. I'm so glad I came across this network of people and BP. I look forward to getting to know local investors that I can network with. I'm currently a property manager, directly responsible for 42 units and co-manage another 164 units. I also own a small business with my partner where we do vacancy turnovers for apartment units.
