Glad you found the site.  It's a great place to learn and get to know other investors.  I highly recommend the podcasts.

You should lookup "The RING" (real estate investors networking group) in Baton Rouge.  Its a very well organized group and there are lots of other active investors who you can meet there when you're not making connections here on BP!  See you around BP and around Baton Rouge!
