Just wanted to drop a quick line and introduce myself. My name is Colleen. I'm brand spanking new to the Bigger Pockets community. I'm looking forward to learning with you and from you. I'm just getting started in what I hope will be a long career with a diverse portfolio as a real estate investor and I'm quite curious where other people started? Search for REIAs or Meetups in your area. Live auctions I mentioned are another good place to meet investors. Generally if someone has the cash to buy at auction they are serious players.
