Hi, I'm Cathy from New Jersey.  I started investing at the bottom of the market in 2008.  I bought some buy and holds which are doing great.  I'm looking to purchase more buy and holds, possibly out of state (lower taxes).  Right now, I'm looking to do some wholesale deals so I can fund the future buy and holds.
