Newbie to Miami, FL

Recently moved to MIA from Iceland, found BP through some online research on REI.
glad I did, been reading a lot and listening to podcasts, thankful for the ocean of great info.
been thinking a lot about starting REI and finally decided to get my feet wet.
Looking to network with all involved in the business of REI across the great state of FL. Main focus to start with fix and flips, buy and holds and possibly wholesale.
have set a few keywords and looking on here daily, thank you all.
