I've been lurking on BiggerPockets for a while now, and thought I'd get an account.

I've got one SFH rental in Tulsa OK, and just got an offer accepted yesterday on another in Owasso OK. I want to move into Commercial Real Estate when the work slows down with this new property.

There's a lot of learning to do (perpetually), and I hope to learn and help out here.

I'm in search of a Real Estate Attorney and a great Tax Advisor in the area, if anyone knows of one.
