There are a ton of resources on here, and if you take a look at the ¨Network¨ tab at the top of the page, you´ll find some excellent tools to find local professionals in your area. I have not worked with him personally, but I have paid close attention to some of the deals that @Gordon Cuffe - a wholesaler in the Sacramento area - has shared both here and on his website, and maybe he might be a good resource for you to tap.
