Hi All!

So happy to have found BP through searching for REI podcasts! I have been largely self-educated in REI, so I'm looking forward to filing in the gaps with the expertise found here.

I am Lauren Heart (YES real name/real spelling) living in one of the most expensive areas in the country, Silicon Valley.  I have long wanted to own investment property and was finally able to begin purchasing properties in May of this year.  I am an Art Educator in my community, but also hold a RE license, and have some Property Mangagement background as well.  I have lived all over the country and due to the insane prices in my current backyard, it was easiest to first buy and hold out of state.

A chief primary goal involves setting up the right business structure to scale quickly for future buy and holds out of state. I am also very interested in buying a 4-plex (or larger) in my own backyard that I will house hack and manage.  That of course will require a good deal, and great partnerships as all multi-property here are quite pricey! Long-term goals involve leaving the Art field all together, and being solely in RE Investing and Property Management.  Whooooohoooo!  Nice to be here, and finally on my way!
