accessed this site to learn about other companies who do self directed ira's  currently use UDirect  & like them but not their fee schedule for rental properties. As someone mentioned, $10 per transaction adds up, & their fees are going up ($25 if check doesn't go straight to vendor) .  They do not provide an accounting of your cash flow, re deposit uncashed checks, etc  they will not honor checks after 90 days ( normal procedure) but will not credit your account either  you must pay a $50 fee to stop payment & have $ put back in your acct .  I do like their customer service  I work with Eric who is very responsive, & Kaaren is also available
