Just a quick introduction ! I'm a buy and hold investor from South East Missouri and have been involved in real estate for about 10 years. I deal in mostly REO properties that require renovation prior to rental. I'm excited about the BP community and the knowledge that is here! I hope to be a contributing member as well!!
