Hi everybody! My name is Matthew Hobbs and I live in the great state of Delaware! I graduated from Liberty University and currently work in the financial industry at a small (but growing) company Swift Capital. I know a couple people that have a few rental properties and that's what really sparked my interest in real estate investing.
