Hi everybody! My name is Matthew Hobbs and I live in the great state of Delaware! I graduated from Liberty University and currently work in the financial industry at a small (but growing) company Swift Capital. I know a couple people that have a few rental properties and that's what really sparked my interest in real estate investing. I'm so glad I found a site like Bigger Pockets so I can learn more about this opportunity and communicate with thousands of other people.
