I'm new to this! I'm in the Army and have started investing at my current duty station - 1 fourplex and 1 SFR. I just got orders to move (not sure what my final destination is yet) and I'm curious what my best options are for leveraging the small amount of capital I have for another SFR. Any thoughts are welcome!

Welcome!!

My husband is also active duty military. We got started using our small amounts of capital to buy personal properties. We would than rent them out when we left. We used the profit from the house and our savings to than supplement that with pure rentals to grow our houses quicker. Honestly for us there was no quick fix. it was baby steps and watching every penny/living frugally.

Look forward to seeing you around. Feel free to pm me if i can help!
