Newbie looking to learn all I can

Hello my name is Preston Wilkins I am 25 years old living in Toronto Ontario with $15,000 in debt and have high aspirations and goals for investing in real estate. I have worked in construction as a general contractor for 5-7 years and love building homes. I take pride in the knowledge and details in building a house and have a deep love and passion for it. Through that I learned about flipping homes and further real estate investing was possible! Not only possible there's a huge amazing world out there full of options and opportunity. I am looking for help in getting the knowledge and guidance to reach my goals and aspirations as well as have fun and start enjoying and living my life and whats even better is it's in a way I want and love. I do believe its true that real estate investing can bring freedom and independence but those are not the only reasons I want to put my life into it. If anyone reads this and feels they would like to be a mentor or give some advice to a new person with not much money down but is a very hard worker and has a passion for real estate investing and building please contact me!
