New Member from South Florida
Hello all,
I have been a contractor for the past 5 years and have been lucky to know some of the biggest developers in my area. After being a fly on the wall for so long I have decided to jump into real estate investing, beginning with Fix & Flip deals. I will move into rentals and wholesale as they come along. I want to start with the South FL area (Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Palm Beach) and move my way up through central FL and outwards. I have been getting more valuable info from the site and look forwards to starting REI in a hot market like SFL. Welcome to BP @Kevin Kohler! I definitely recommend setting up some alerts on BP for South Florida keywords (Dade, Broward, Lauderdale, Miami, etc).
