Hi everyone, I have been wholesaling using bandit signs but are wondering what other ways I can find distressed buyers or leads. Ideas??

Patty Barrett have you looked into paid search? I.e Adwords, Facebook ads etc?

Also, how have bandit signs been working for you? I have a background in PPC marketing but want to try something cheaper before investing in a campaign. I've been thinking about bandit signs.
