@Eric F. this is great information, I am working my own delinquent list as well in Wilmington NC. Curious to know what parameters you use for this. What is the minimum amount owed that you will send/market to? 

Welcome to BP, josie. There is so much info here on marketing it can be overwhelming! I am also just getting started, working to get DM out ASAP and have done a lot of Driving for dollars. Check out the podcast if you haven't already, there are several great episodes on effective marketing. 

How many homes did you send mailers out to?

Hey @Mike Waltman I'm excited to see how this works out for you. @Nick DiMaio and myself are sending out our first DM campaign this week. Just out of curiosity, you were able to get a deal within your first 3 months of your campaign? That's great, mind sharing more? Is your market fairly competitive? Sorry I can't offer any insight about your strategy, would love to hear more about that deal however.

@Rachel De Faut & @Nigel Whitmarsh I am so sorry to keep changing things around on you  but I just found out that my travel arrangements changed this week. I'm out of town for work till Friday, originally was supposed to be getting into ILM at 2 but now I am not getting in till after 7... 

Wanted to see what worked for you all in terms of rescheduling? Maybe Monday? Or the following Friday? Either one should work for me. By all means, ya'll feel free to connect on Friday if you'd like still. I just wont be able to make it that day. Thoughts? 

@Rachel De Faut @Nigel Whitmarsh Hello all, I am looking forward to seeing yall out at Satellite on Friday. I hope you still plan on coming! Wanted to motivate you all to invite other investors/brokers etc to the event so we can make it as valuable as possible. 

I also realized that this is the same day as Garden Party/Azalea Fest etc... which is likely why there hasn't been a lot of RSVPs. I wasn't aware of this at the time, got my weekends mixed up. Maybe we can start it around 5 or 5:30 instead for anyone who may be going to concerts/events etc. Thoughts? I myself am planning on attending the concert that night. 

@Hill A. I live in Wilmington, NC and have knowledge on the area. If I can offer any assistance, let me know.

I am trying to get together a meetup for the Wilmington, NC area and would love people's feedback/RSVPs etc. I am new to the world of REI but I think anyone, at any level could benefit from additional networking.

I encourage anyone in the Wilmington and surrounding areas (Carolina Beach, Jacksonville, Hampstead, Burgaw, Leland, Southport, Topsail Island etc) to come out to Satellite Bar in downtown Wilmington for a cold beer Friday April 8th at 6PM. If you haven't been to Satellite, it's a great spot in the up and coming Brooklyn Arts District.

@Ray Neelon I live in the Wilmington area and would love to offer the (limited) insight that I have. I've heard of some pretty great tax incentives for people looking to invest in the downtown area, in particular historic properties.
