Hello Everyone!

I started my REI journey a couple of months ago and joined a local REI MatchUp, have read several books, networked locally and listened to hours of Bigger Pockets podcasts! I am excited to say I have an accepted offer on my first rental property and look forward to all that I will learn with this first step!
