Young, determined, over-achieving investor
Hey there Bigger Pockets community! My name is Zach Mckinnis and I am from Hutchinson, Kansas. I have been in my real estate investing career for two and a half years at this point and have accumulated 5 properties consisting of 15 units. I have one single family home, one commercial apartment building and the other three are multi-family homes. I have been raised around real estate investing my entire life and saw no greater option than to pursue it myself. It's been the best decision I have ever made as now I work part time for my fathers scrap yard and utilize as much time as possible furthering my investing career. I recently have decided to make the jump into Colorado Springs to expand my portfolio. This has always been a major goal of mine as I am obsessed with the area. I always said by 30 I would accomplish this goal, however, at 26 years old it looks like i'm going to make it happen. Any contacts in the Colorado Springs area would be tremendously appreciated as I need to connect with like minded investors, bankers, accountants, lawyers, property managers and any others.
