Hello and welcome! I am 59 years old and I found BP about 4 months ago and I am still learning. Depending on how much money you have now or are going to be saving up. I think one of the best ways to invest in real estate is to do some sort of buying and selling. I graduated from college with a business degree with emphasis on real estate. I got my degree and a broker license in 1980. Regardless of that I felt more comfortable doing construction. I have been doing construction business since I was 17.
